Apps shows two updates not want how delete them

Being a new iPhone user I am somewhat confused about how to use my phone. My problem is that The App Store on my phone shows two updates available, iTunes on my laptop also shows those updates. I do not what them and would like to delete them but am unsure how to do so.

Any help would be appreciated.
