HT1766 how will load again my deleted photos from my iphone

I want to load again my photos which uploaded to iCloud before. I sent my photos to my computer a few months ago, then computer was stolen. and photos are not my iPhone now, but i backed up them my iCloud account, and my photo feed has opened since i used the iCloud account. but a few week ago, when i signed whit my Apple ID in Mac Pro, i was not able to load and found them. i do not know how i will upload them again. could you help me to find and load them again ?
