Can't join network on new Cogeco wireless modem

Just got a new Arris wireless modem from Cogeco installed. the first day all our devices worked fine the second day we had to hit the WPS button on the side and now we get a cannot join network message every time we try to connect on all of our apple devices. My laptop can log on, the PS3 has no trouble. Cogeco says it's not their problem and I should contact Apple or Telus (service provider) to get settings in order. I have gone into settings and reset network settings and this didn't work. Anyone familiar with a fix for us?
