Left sound speaker not working

I've had this white iPhone 4S for around 3 months and I've taken care of it very well as I'm always cautious with how I use it but now the left speaker has stopped while the right plays all the sound..

I'm unsure to replace or send it away for a long period of time but it but I don't know :/
