Vibration/Music Volume ok but no ringer or push alerts sounding

I will first admit I did drop my phone (first time, argh!) but from about 1 foot to a carpeted floor and it landed on the gel case. The music volume and vibration works fine, but now I'm not getting sounds for push notifications or incoming calls? My sound settings are all set for full volume and the change with buttons is ON. Just seems odd that the volume does work for music and video, but not for incoming calls?

Any ideas?
