facetime

please i need your help and technical support in the following issue

i'm living in UAE ( United Arab of Emarites )

i have bout Iphone 5 about 2 dayes ago from Etisalat branch Diera City Center Dubai

During my browsing my new Iphone i was not abale to find out Facetime application .......

Please advice
