Dropped Iphone 4s in toilet what need to

So I dropped it in the toilet aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

As soon as it happened I oulled it out so it was only in water for less than a second.

I then dried it thoroughly, on the outside, and also the earphone jack.

I had use of it for a few seconds, I googled what to do when an IPhone drops into water, then the screen stopped working.

Now the screen is fully unresponsive, It is all lit up as it should be, but It won't respond to touch, This means that I can't turn it on.

Also the flashlight is on.

Please, please, please help me, this phone is my life.
