Iphone 4s out of warranty repair

Hi when i first got my iphone 4s about a year ago within a couple months i dropped it and the screen was completely shattered. So i had a 3rd party company fix my screen for me. Now ive shattered the new screen again and lately my battery life is terrible. I was told that the out of warranty repair would fix this is this correct? Even though a third party company fixed it? And even if they wont fix it what would happen if i shipped it to them anyway? thank you very much for you help
