Too many apple products

Help!  My family has 2 iPhones, an iPad, several iPods, an iPod touch AND 2 itunes libraries....  Is there any way to combine everything into one apple ID or library so that we can all access everything? Or have we already screwed up badly and need to re-purchase everything?  I am hopelessly out of touch with technology, so I desperately need advice...  Thanks!
