TS1629 why won't home sharing show up on my ipad or iphones

-why won't home sharing show up on my ipad or iphones?

-HomeSharing is signed in and enabled on all devices. Tried disabling and enabling, Signing out, the kit and the caboodle.

-It works on both my Power PC G5(os 10.4.11) 

-and My imac (Os 10.6.8), itunes (11.0.1) .

-Computers are hard wired,

-Router is Dlink DIR-651, WPA encryption for wireless with no port forwards. (firmare latest 1.11)

-handheld devices are wireless.

Power cycled all Devices and Computers and Router.
