anywhere can buy NEW iphone 4 (or 4S) 32g

I've been burned once already by a third party selling me a used, out of warranty iPhone instead of the promised new phone.  Amazon refunded my money, but I can't find anywhere I trust to buy a new one.  The Apple Store won't sell me anything but the 8g, which is so little memory as to be useless. 

I want to spend less than $750 (iPhone 5 retail) for a phone.
