How restore my iPhone without access to iTunes

I accidentally locked out my iPhone last night by entering the wrong 4 digit lock screen pin incorrectly multiple times. I am traveling and do not have access to my computer so I cannot do an iTunes device restore. I have no access to company email/contacts, personal email/contacts, apps, text message streams,etc. literally everything is gone and my phone is worthless to me right now. I need to restore my phone ASAP to regain email, contacts, apps, etc.  I can't figure out how to restore from iCloud. Please help!
