syncing ipad/iphone apps

I have a new iphone5. i also have an ipad 3 and I have previously purchased an ad-free scrabble game on the ipad (iphone version). Do I need to pay again to install the ad-free scrabble onto my iphone? If not, how to I sync the 2?
