iPhone 4 to iPhone 5 Upgrade

Hello everyone,

I have a question that I can not seem to find an answer to.

I recently dropped my iPhone 4 on the sidewalk, and the front screen is totally smashed. I have an appointment at the Apple Store tonight, and I am wondering if they can upgrade me to an iPhone 5? I was informed that to get a new iPhone 4, it would cost approximetly $150.

Can they upgrade me? I would not mind paying any extra, as long as it's not an absurd amount (i.e. $699)
