HT4137 How import contacts and photos to my new iPhone 5 from my iPad 2. ICloud set up 've tried restore and backup and nothing seems to be coming over to iPhone

I just bought a new iPhone 5 and have set it up with iCloud. I want to import my mail, contacts, photos and calendar from my iPad 2. It's not happening. I've tried erasing everything on my new phone and restoring from iCloud backup on my iPad as per HT4137:IOS. Both devices fully updated.  Still nothing.

My computer at office is a PC and does not have iCloud on it.
