My iPhone 4s not have panoramic mode

My iPhone4s doesn't give me the panoramic mode option at the camera but the reticle and the HDR, I have already updated it to iOS 6.1 but it didnt work... by the way, a few weeks ago, I was updating it for the other ios then my dad disconnected the phone from the power so it got freezed, so I had to get it restored at the phone company the got it fixed in no time but I doesnt has the pan mode.
