iPhone 4 music shuffle trouble on iOS 6.1

I have just updated to iOS 6.1 and I have noticed that there still is that bug about song shuffling. Every time I listen to the music on my iPhone (shuffle mode on) it repeats the same songs of the previous time!! And the problem hasn't been fixed on iOS 6.1! Does anyone have the same problem? When does Apple suppose to solve this major bug?
