Wifi always greyed out & bluetooth always searchin on iPhone 4 16gb

I had my iphone in shirt pocket and leaned over when it fell into water.  I air dried it for several days.  I turned the phone on and now its able to power on. The only two things i noticed that had stopped working was the WIFI & Bluetooth.  The wifi is always greyed out and cannot be turned on/off.  The bluetooth option is able to be turned on/off but when in the on position it does not pick up any devices that are easily found with other bluetooth devices such as in comparison to another iphone 4.  Please help point to what should be replaced as I will seek a proper location to get it professionally repaired.
