have to purchase my ringtones again

hi,

I purchased two ringtones on my firs iPhone 4 and on my second one i had those ringtones(i believe through iTunes on PC) but now i cant update my iTunes and my iPhone is running iOS6 so I cant connact to iTunes to get the ringotones... I got my second iPhone replaced a while ago and im missing these ringtones. When I search the ringtones on iTunes it asks me to purchase them again umm... NO i already paid i shouldnt have to pay again.... Before Apple replaced my second iPhone i dont think i used iCloud backup... do i have to buy my ringtones again?

P.S. when i go to iTunes and go to my purchases my ringtones dont come up... HELP
