iPhone 5 Reply with Message Option

Hi,

I have tried for several weeks now to use the reply with message option on the iPhone 5. I have written in my three options in the settings yet when i phone call come in all i get is the option for reminders.

Does anyone else have this problem or know the answer. Its a really useful bit of tech for meetings to reply with a text under the desk quick.
