didn't sync my new iPhone 5 to computer before using it now want to it says have to delete everything it mean just my music or apps and photos too

After using my new iPhone 5 for a few months I tried to sync it to my computer but it said I had to wipe it first, I don't know if it means everything or just the music. Half of my music transferred to my iTunes library and the other half I can get through iCloud so it's the apps and photos I'm worried about. Will they be wiped too? If so, how do I transfer the photos I took before activating photo stream onto my photo stream? I'm going away on vacation tonight so please answer ASAP! Any help appreciated, thank you!!
