After updating and starting the Mail app, I get a dialog titled "Cannot Get Mail" that includes the message "The connection to the server failed."
I deleted the mail account, closed all apps in the tray, restarted the phone, recreated the gmail account (Exchange), no joy. When creating the account, checkmarks appear on the right side of all of the account elements, indicating that the configuration was acceptable.
Email and Username are both set to my full gmail address. Server is set to m.google.com. Use SSL is turned on. S/MIME is turned off.
Please, advise.
