6.1.1 & 6.1.2

With the software update 6.1.1, my phone kept turning off when I charged it and would also turn off when I still had 30% battery left.  Got the update 6.2.1 and it doesnt turn off anymore but has said I only have 1% battery even if its been on charger for an hour or so.  Every time I turn it off, it wont turn back on for hours.
