it okay to leave personal hotspot on iPhone 5 on forever Or at least for week

Ok basically I'm staying at a small place with no wifi available and I'll be here for a few days. While here I was wondering if it 's ok to just leave a charged iphone5 to act as a hotspot for the entire place for about 5 days straight. (Using LTE antenna) I've notice the phone getting a little bit hot now after the first 2 hours of having it this way.. Is this alright or will I eventually overheat my phone? Anyone else ever done this before? Room temperature averages at about 23 Celsius..
