After fell in water

After fell in water of a pool (chlorine water) my Iphone 4S remained working for 4 hours aprox.,even tried to dry it with a hair dryer.

Today its working but some loudspeaker functions are not working,i.e. cannot get sound from Youtube videos,only earphones working,cannot get sound from some messages.

Sound from incoming calls is working good.

Aditionally ,because the earphone plug could not be inserted well after a while(some obstruction inside de jack) ,I ve tried to spray with a contact cleaner solution and this solution damaged a part of the display.:-(

What do you reccomend to do first?
