how change country in my itunes app

I have no idea why I changed it to Swedin but I don't live in Swedin and now I don't know how to change my country back to the US on my phone. I know how to do it on my computer, and I thought it would sync up but it did not.

Now when I try to update anything it tells me that my account is not valid in Swedin and to change it back to the US but it doesn't give me that option?
