Cant exit recovery mode

Guys need help,

My old iphone 4 had a software 5.1.1 and was jailbreak. I decide  to upgraded to the latest version. I did the following:

1- entered DFU mode

2- connected it to itunes and downloaded the latest version 6.1.2

3- the phone is updated now

4- can't exit the recovery mode and I receive an error 3014 from itunes and phone doesn't work

Can anyone help me.
