I can't load pictures from iPhoto to iPhone because there is no photo tab in iTunes.
Since the last update the photo tab has disappeared from iTunes.
Therefore when I sink my iPhone I cannot load pictures onto my iPhone 4S because there is no tab on iTunes to allow me.
One time it reappeared, and I was able to load pictures on but it disappeared the next day.
