iPhone 5 Personal Pickup 10PM-4AM Start's Early For Help

So I had iPhone 5 order all set yesterday for personal pickup, but the only store avalible for pickup was to far from my current location. So I signed at around 9:50, the personal pickup wasn't on yet, and I double checked the purchase at 9:55PM, and on the cart page I found that the pickup had already started and was already sold out. I thought it started at 10PM exactly! Even after 10:00:01 + PM It was all sold out! What happened with my Apple Store Cart! This isn't fair.
