HT4623 restoring issue :/

my iphone 4s is not working and not charging .. i used recovery mode and tried to restore it but when i did itunes told me that the iphone could not be restored  an error occurred (21) ... please help and btw it's the first time i use itunes in my laptop cuz i did fromat it :/
