iPhone 4S with AT&T. iOS 6.1.2(10B146). Cellular data on.Sending to an iPhone via MMS, send picture, starts to load, then red exclaimation point of death and "Not Delivered" Wont sent over 4G or WiFi. I saw a bunch of messages from late last year with this prob but nothing recent. Any help?
