how have iPhone 5 shuffle play genre

I have genres I've created associated with all my music (Jazz, Blues, Rock, Baroque, Classical, etc.) all of which is from CDs I've ripped to iTunes. I thought (at one time) there was an option to select a genre and have it shuffle. Can you do this iOS 6.1 on the iPhone5?
