IPhone 5 Internet connectivity problems

I just received my IPhone5 last week and I am having an issue with the Internet connectivity. Whenever I am connected to a network(Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G) with low signal strength, and the phone switches to another network with better signal strength (Wi-Fi to either LTE or 3G, LTE to 3G), I am unable to access the Internet and my application (i.e. Safari) stays stuck with a blank page and does not download anything. Closing down the app and restarting the app does not fix the problem.

The only way I have found to fix the problem is to either reboot the IPhone, or turn the cellular data off and then back on. Has anyone found a way to fix this issue?
