why songs doesn't appear after syncing

I was syncing music to my iphone from itune on my laptop, it was syncing but after it's done I didnt see those songs on my iphone,

though, those music is my own music , it's not the music I purchased from itune store, just wondering if this is the problem.

if so, how can I put my own music on my iphone to listen to?
