Getting replacement in Egypt

Hey guys,

My iPhone 4S has been cursed with the greyed out wifi bug after updating to iOS 6 by a few days, After days of trying to find a solution apparently I'll have to take it to APPLE, But the problem is there's no apple stores in Egypt, Just resellers, I'll try to contact one today but I don't think they would support a replacement or fix it (Eventhough its yet in warranty) so what should I do if they can't? Is there an option to send it via DHL or some mail service to apple?
