iPhone 5 not receiving incoming calls

I can't get in to the Apple store or Verizon until tomorrow so I thought I'd seek help here...

As of this morning my Verizon iPhone 5 is not reciving incoming calls or missed call alerts. However, I am receiving vm notifications/text/email and I'm able to utitlize the network and place outgoing calls without any issue. I'm running iOS 6.1.3.

I've verified and done the following to not avail:

-Restart

-Do Not Disturb set to off

-Silent/Mute set to off

-Checked Notification settings

-Toggled LTE/3G/Wifi settings and tested all

-Reset Network Settings

-Restore to back up

-Restore new

Nothing changes, so I'm assuming this is a network issue of some sort...but if anyone has any ideas or sees something I'm missing, please advise!
