no Siri on new iPhone 4s

     I just bought a new iPhone 4s from verizon, and it doesn't have Siri on it at all. The software is up to date, and I've looked under all the different settings/restrictions to try to find some indicator that the phone has Siri somewhere. If the phone did not come equipped with Siri, is there a way I can get it?
