how can transfer my paid apps (and not pay too) from my iphone 4s to my iPhone 5 using latest version of itunes without fees again

I just bought my iphone 5. I did the Itunes backup iphone 4S, restored it at 5 but not came 90% of the applications it had in the 4S. Especially Whatsapp. What I'm doing with my same Apple ID
