Iphone 5 repair

Hi, my Iphone 5's screen got broken recently and I was wondering if my warranty covered the repair. Since I bought it at the end of January, I think I still have a few days of hardware coverage, does that count? If the warranty covers it, how can I get it repaired? If not, how much would it cost and how can I get it repaired?

I'd really appreciate if I got replied A.S.A.P. It is really urgent!
