Hi have problem with wifi connection. when am clicking on wifi on sitting it shows wifi disable. don't how to make it enable

I Have Wifi problem. it shows diable. I had another iphone 4s because of valume button i change it last week in apple store they gave me a new iphone 4s I restore all data from old iphone to new iphone it is working well but i was trying to connect the wifi at home like my old iphone but whem i am going to sitting and click on wifi it shows wifi is disable and also at the bottom of the wifi page it is written ( Location accuracy is improved when wifi is turned on)
