Can you sync an unlocked verizon iphone and keep unlock

hi guyz

i just brought an unlocked verizon iphone 4s

and i wanna know is it safe to sync iphone to my pc

without losing my unlock? idk kno if itz factory or not

but i dont have cydia.one thing that scares me tho is that, i know when i

sync I'll lose all apps, and it came with an app called APN (unlockit.co.nz)

which states when i open it:

                     iphone APN changer

this website will set mobile carrier info for dat access when you cannot edit

or do not kno settings.

it dose not jailbreak or carrier unlock iphones

i dont really know if i need this or not but itz another reason i been hesitant

to sync my iphone. sorry for sounding like such a noob but i could use some

help.
