HT5637 have just joined itunes match and want to what now delete all music on my iphone and how then see music 's stored in cloud

I have just joined itunes match and want to know what I do now.  Do I delete all the music on my iphone and ipad and if so how?  Once I've done that how do I find the music on the cloud on my phone/ipad?
