Other category taking up 9.2 GB of my 13 GB of storage

Hi, all. I have an iPhone 4S running on iOS6 and I just recently noticed that my other category is taking up 9.2 GB of my storage, leaving no room for me to download anything. I've been sitting here trying to rememdy this for at least five hours now... I downloaded iExplorer, phone view, restored the phone (it went from 6 GB to 9 GB after), unchecking the sync music boxes, and everything else possible. Is there any other way I can try to get that down? I haven't even seen anyone else post that theirs has gotten that high. Thanks!
