Phone 4s 16 & 32GB-Where can get one

Hi. I am looking to buy an iPhone 4s off of the (European) Apple Store.

The problem is they are only offering it in 16GB format.

Is there anywhere else (other than through a phone company) that I can buy a 32 or 64 GB i phone 4s?

It is really annoying that Apple have stopped doing this.
