iPhone 4s wifi greyed out

I've problem wiff my iPhone 4s wifi it turn greyed out this several day i got one solution and i think might solved my problem but it's seem to be temporary i turn off my phone then put in a fridge for 10-15 min it only fix for several hour i'm very frustrated since this is my first iPhone i hope Apple would fix this problem in this upcoming new ios 7
