have full signal on my iPhone 4 and my network provider displayed (EE) but after 15 mins it changes to no service. have recently updated my software IOS 6 have reset phone restored phone and still no joy can help please

I have full signal on my iPhone 4 and my network provider is displayed (EE) but after 15 mins it changes to no service. I have recently updated my software IOS 6, I have reset phone, restored phone and still no joy, can anyone help please, thanks
