New iPhone 5 not showing up in iTunes (Windows version)

I just upgraded to an iPhone 5 (from an iPhone 4).

When I plugged my new phone into my computer, iTunes did not recognize a new phone. 

Windows recognized a new device, but iTunes did not.

iTunes shows my other devices. 

Bought the phone at Best Buy - they set it up for me.  (I set up my iPhone 4 myself, using iTunes.)

I mostly want to get my music onto my new phone.

Everything else is on my phone- contacts, apps... just no music.

Not sure what I need to do!
