My iPhone 5 wont pair with my Motorola T505 bluetooth device

I have been using a Motorola T505 for my car with my previous iPhone. I just upgraded to the iPhone5 and cant get it to pair with the T505 device. It wont even see it.

I tried all the basics like making sure everything else was off and that was the only bluetooth device, turning off both phone and device, back on.....

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
