Restoring old notes

HELLO, i just switched form OUTLOOK to MAIL, and before my notes would psync up in ITUNES .  I usedto have a  'todo' file on my OUTLOOK notes, and a separate 'todo' file on my iphone.  Now that i have switched to MAIL and my emle account to IMAP, the 'todo' list in MAIL is the only one, as it replaced the one on my iphone 4s.

Please HOW do i get my old note back that was on my IPHONE???
