iPhone 5 scroll issue

Hi,

I am unable to open any application with a single click . For the first time I click on any icon it spells it and gets selected for the second time when I clicks it , it opens.

Scenario:

In iPhone home screen I selected "Messages" a voice comes and says that I selected messages and now if I click again it opens it & even I am not able to scroll up/down
